Polychromatic Jasper Ethereal Claw earrings

Sold/  Hand fabricated Polychromatic Jasper & Sterling silver French hook earrings. 

I Love how these teardrop shaped pale teal & rust natural polychromatic Jaspers came out.  My goal was to allow as much of the gemstone to be seen by the wearer as possible.  So the idea of a claw gently yet snuggly holding the stones came to mind.  I added the ethereal aspect to the design by leaving the prongs a bit irregular and whimsical.  One of a kind.
