We're always happy to help you track a package or follow up with the carrier, but shipping fees cannot be refunded for carrier delays or unforeseen issues.

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us — we’ll assist in starting a claim with USPS or UPS. However, once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or delays.

Place your jewelry securely in a padded box or the original bubble mailer (with old labels removed/covered). Include your RA form inside so we can process your return. Use the provided prepaid, trackable label and send it back within 2 weeks.

International customers are responsible for return shipping. Contact us for an RA form and instructions. Please note:

We offer free repairs on all BlackBird Jewelry pieces for their lifetime. We simply ask that you cover shipping costs. Please contact us at info@blackbirdjewelry.com prior to returning your item so we can issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number and Form.

We do our best to carefully package every order, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your piece arrives damaged, please report this within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll take care of it immediately at no cost to you. Contact us here.

• Pack your jewelry securely in a box of your choice (the original shipping box is fine if you cover/remove the old label).
• Cushion it well with padding to protect it during transit.
• Seal the box securely, paying special attention to the corners.
• Ship it using a trackable service such as USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx.

If your merchandise arrived damaged, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Important: Be sure to include your RA Form inside the box so we can process your repair quickly.

When your repair arrives, we’ll email you to confirm receipt, provide an estimated repair timeframe, and arrange for return shipping once it’s complete.

Each piece begins as a hand-carving in jeweler’s wax and is cast using the traditional lost-wax method. We work in Sterling Silver, Golden Bronze, and Ancient Bronze with green patina. Our BackBeads and bracelets can be made with natural gemstones, woods, silks or roots.

Adjustable Bracelets — hand-knotted on silk with natural gemstones, finished with a clasp for flexible fit. Available in Small/Medium (6 ½"–7 ½") and Medium/Large (8"–9"). Custom sizing available upon request.
