Your item is handmade with care and will ship within 2-5 business days (usually about 3). Sometimes items are in stock and ship immediately. If you need something quickly or are concerned abut turnaround time, please contact us, we're happy to help.
Shipping information & Processing Times
- All orders ship with tracking via USPS or UPS.
- We ship both domestic and international.
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $99 via standard USPS Ground Advantage (delivery dates not guaranteed).
- Orders under $99 ship with the provider rate you choose at checkout.

Once an order leaves our studio, it is the sole responsibility of USPS or UPS to deliver it in the timeframe you've chosen. We cannot guarantee carrier delivery times. Please take this into account when selecting your shipping method.
We're always happy to help you track a package or follow up with the carrier, but shipping fees cannot be refunded for carrier delays or unforeseen issues.

How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship in 2–5 business days. If we already have your item finished, it may ship within 1 business day. If your order will take longer, we’ll notify you immediately. Need something by a specific date? Let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our store is set up for international checkout. Please note:

Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

No refunds will be issued for packages returned due to unpaid import fees.

I received free shipping for an order over $99. What method will you use?
Orders qualifying for free shipping are sent via USPS Ground Advantage. If you prefer a faster method, please choose that option at checkout. Already ordered and want to upgrade? Contact us at info@blackbirdjewelry.com to update your shipping and pay the cost difference.
Once shipped, how long does it take to receive my package?
Delivery depends on the method you choose and your distance from Jupiter, Florida:

UPS Overnight: fastest available

International orders: 2–4 weeks, sometimes longer due to customs
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as all carriers provide estimates only. Use your tracking number to monitor progress, and reach out if you need help.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us — we’ll assist in starting a claim with USPS or UPS. However, once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or delays.
